Baked Salmon

I bought some fresh salmon, seasoned it and baked it... reallly good.  For those of you who don't like salmon, you can substitute a white fish for this.

RECIPE

1 salmon fillet
lemon pepper seasoning
Tony C's
S&P
2-3 lemons (to cover salmon)
2 tablespoons butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place salmon on foil, season and cover with lemon slices.  Cube up about 2 tablespoons butter and place throughout fillet.  Seal salmon and place on cookie sheet.  Bake for about 15-20 minutes and then open foil and broil on high for 5-10 minutes, or until salmon flakes with a fork.  I served mine with white rice and grilled asparagus.
