Egg Rolls

Really good, really easy.  You can use handmade egg roll wrappers - but these are so much quicker.



RECIPE

1.5 pounds ground beef (you can substitute ground turkey or pork)
1 package coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots only)
Eggroll wrappers

Brown the hamburger meat - add in cabbage and carrots and continue to cook until cabbage and carrots are softened.

Fill a little dish/cup with water.  Lay out your eggroll wrapper, place a small amount of the filling in the center and begin to fold (see below)



Deep fry or bake until golden brown!  Serve with sweet and sour sauce or mango chutney.
